Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to common questions about junk removal, dumpsters, cleanouts and demolition.
What customers ask us most.
What can we take?
We can haul most household items, including appliances, mattresses, electronics, pianos, hot tubs, furniture, yard waste, commercial debris, scrap metal, and much more.
What can’t be hauled?
We cannot haul hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, batteries, propane tanks, asbestos or materials requiring abatement, or biohazardous waste. Very large amounts of concrete or dirt may also be excluded because of weight limits. If you are unsure, ask us for a more detailed list.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ServeSite is licensed and insured for residential and commercial work in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
How quickly can you get to me?
Usually the same day or next day. Call or message us in the morning, and there is a good chance we can get to you by the end of the day.
Do you take only one item?
Yes. We can haul away a mattress, refrigerator, washer/dryer, couch, or another single item. If you are unsure, send us a message. Single-item pricing reflects the individual job and is not priced like a larger cleanout.
Do you take commercial work?
Yes. We work with Rhode Island and Massachusetts contractors, property managers, and business owners. Give us a call or send us the project details.
What areas does ServeSite serve?
ServeSite serves Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. See our service-area page for the full list of cities and towns.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form, call us, or send photos and project details. Photos can help us understand the scope before we follow up.
Do you offer both junk removal and dumpsters?
Yes. We can either handle the loading and removal or provide a dumpster option for you to load, depending on the project.
Do you do demolition?
Yes. We offer eligible small-structure and interior demolition, with debris removal available as part of the project.
Do you serve businesses and contractors?
Yes. Commercial cleanouts, construction debris and jobsite support are part of our service model.
